General information
You can log in to your account by choosing to log in through Apple, Google, or Facebook. Just click on the respective login and enter your details. The chosen service will securely confirm your identity and grant access to your account. If you need to change your password, you can do so directly through Apple, Google or Facebook.
Get push notifications about your orders, listings, and other account activity and subscribe to marketing emails to receive the latest news, updates and exclusive offers. Alerts and notifications can be adjusted by visiting your profile then notification settings. You can choose whether to turn the notification on or off. Your preferences are saved automatically.
We use Stripe Connect to securely process all HIGH END transactions, an industry leading online payment service. This is done through an escrow service, which means that the buyer's money is held until the order is fulfilled and received by the buyer. You can expect to receive the payment within three business days after the proceeds are automatically transferred to your elected bank account.
My Addresses
Here’s a quick guide to the addresses associated with your HIGH END account, what they mean, and how to update or change them.
  • Shipping address: the address from which you will ship a sold item and the address to which you would like your purchased items delivered.
  • Billing address: the address associated with your bank account.

If you’re a new buyer, you will need to fill in your shipping address at check out. Your billing address will automatically be completed with the same information.

How do I update my addresses?
You can update your addresses directly in your account by going to my accounts then my address book and edit shipping or billing address.

Only your first name and initial of last name is shown to other users. If you represent an organisation, you can choose to show its full name to other users by updating the first name. To do this, click my account in your profile page and then personal information, add the company name, scroll down and click save changes.
At HIGH END we prioritise the utmost confidentiality and data privacy. Information about you, such as your name, email, and phone number, is stored securely and treated with the highest level of care. Your data is never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. HIGH END does not store your financial information and is only stored with Stripe directly, which is a trusted and encrypted payment gateway. If you decide to close your account, we adhere to strict data retention policies. If you have any concerns or need to update your data, our customer support team is readily available to assist you.
In addition to protecting your account information on our platform, there are a few other things you can do as well.
  • Use a secure, unique password for your chosen accounts.
  • Always include numbers, symbols, and both uppercase and lowercase letters.
  • Never include obvious personal information (names, birthdates, common words or phrases).
  • Use a different password on every platform. This means that if one website is compromised and your password is stolen, your other accounts are safe.
  • Consider using a password manager
